Well hello there, friends

Nate and I thought that because there are far too many of you that we don't get to see and talk to regularly, that a web log would be a good idea. For those of you who see us often and just can't get enough of us, well here's a little treat for you as well.

This is such an exciting time for Nate and I. Our first chapter has ended and a new one is beginning. We moved from our little apartment in Ogden to a house in West Point. As much as I was ready to move, it caught me off guard as to how emotionally connected we both were to that place. We shared our first kiss there. It was our first home together as a family and husband and wife. We started living in the new house in November, even though our lease was not up til December 7. We decided to sleep over that last night for old times sake (even though the heat had already been turned off!) The emotions of walking through that empty apartment stunned both of us. We took many photos, these are my favorite, recreating that first kiss.
Our new place is wonderful and coming along! Photos soon to come. We had a wonderful Christmas together. We spent Christmas with my family and sadly saw none of Nate's family. We did get to talk with them on Christmas Eve and sent Christmas packages to and fro. We integrated our family traditions and started some new traditions of our own - including candles in the windows, Christmas Eve fondue, making our own stockings and seeing Trans-Siberian Orchestra live.

Here are a few photos from our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I haven't done any editing to them yet. I chose some of my favorites to put on here. I'll be posting more and some edits when I have time. Enjoy!

Happy New Year!
Lisa
