First off, Coldplay, new cd out yesterday! Anyone else as excited as me (besides Carly)?? Can't wait for their show in November!! So cruel that we have to wait so long. I came across these (sorry for the poor quality) ala January 2006 (?). Feels like a lifetime ago, before husbands, before bills, before the craziness of life and being an adult. When we could just pick up and go to Las Vegas for a fabulous Coldplay concert. Good times.

Disneyland was incredible. Best vacation ever. We were there for 5 days and took 1800 photos. I shouldn't be surprised at this, but I kind of am. I don't think Nate is either. That's why I haven't posted yet. I'm still sorting through them and doing some edits. I've started posting a few on my flickr, although a post is in the works. Unfortunately all my photos are on Nate's lap top which he takes to work, so when I finally have some time during the day I can't work on it, hence the wait.In other news, we have a new nephew! (photos soon to come on that also) Jill and Matt had Griffin Matthew Wolfley 2 weeks ago and I got to watch the c-section. It was amazing. More on that with the photos. Irene and Sam will have their baby on Tuesday! Babies everywhere. I'm loving it.
I am starting a few projects this week. I found this tutorial on making coasters on sistv, so I'm going to tweak them a bit to fit our decor. Here's photos of all of them. This girl is crazy talented. I've never used gesso before, but it's fast becoming a fav. If anyone else has seen different ways to use it, let me know.
I love my day off. I'm starting my budget book today!!! I've been planning this for awhile and I've finally figured out the best way to do it, lots of office supplies, paint, gesso, chipboard and envelopes. It will be fun. Photos to come. If anyone wants a good laugh I recommend the show Corner Gas, it's a Canadian sitcom, sans laugh track, that some Canadian friends of ours recommended. It's hilarious. Like I've said in posts of the past, American tv is a crock. I encourage everyone to branch out. The world has more to offer.
Ta Ta!
